Can anyone tell me why some photos enlarge when clicked on and others don't? This is a pain as not all my photos are that clear and I would like Sian to be able to enlarge them.
I think it depends on how you save your photos. This is how I get mine to enlarge (hope you can follow) I use Photoshop. If the photo needs any adjustments such as cropping etc I do that first and always 'save as' so I keep a copy of the original to go back to. Next right click on the bar at the top of your photo then click on image, a window with image size should open then either where it says pixel dimensions or document size click on the drop down box and change to percent and alter to 50% from 100%. Next instead of saving as normal you need to save for web so go to file at the top and click on 'Save for web and devices' a new window will open and you choose which quality you want - I usually pick 30% then it won''t take too long to load on your Blog. I hope this is of help to you. I seem to remember it was Purple Missus who told me how to do it this way but perhaps there are other ways.
I am using this blog to show my work to tutor Sian Martin as I work my way through the chapters and modules for the City and Guild Diploma course in Embroidery by distance learning. All work, experiments and samples will be shown here for her to assess, so not everything is a completed piece! Please leave constructive comments if you want to.
